Goal: Develop review “badges” or markers for Open Textbooks.
One of the most powerful tools at play in the open textbook community is the suite of Creative Commons licenses. They are clear, distinctive, and widely embraced. This group will consider the possibility of creating a similar system to clearly identify the kinds of review that any given textbook has undergone.
This will link to the work of group 2, who are defining different categories of review.
Discussions in this group will hopefully result in a proposal for a set of peer review markers/badges that can be developed into a tool for the wider open textbook community.
